Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit to the same account. sixes6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to another person, or payment methods that have not been used for a prior deposit. For verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between 1 and 3 banking business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. sixes6 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
sixes6 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, and in particular before the first withdrawal from any account. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the successful completion of KYC verification. In no circumstances will sixes6 process a withdrawal to an account that has failed identity verification.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of wagering requirements will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance from the account. Real-money funds deposited by the Player that have not been subject to bonus wagering requirements are not affected by this provision.

A bet may be declared void by sixes6 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not replayed within 48 hours; the event is suspended and the market was left open in error; a pricing error is identified; or it is determined that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match (such as wickets, goals, or time-outs).
